Modellbau: Dampfmaschine „Danni“ von Bengs Modellbau (2016-10-25)

Dampfmaschine „Danni“ von Bengs Modellbau. Meine erste selbst gebaute Maschine bei einem der ersten Testläufe mit Druckluft. Das leichte „ecken“ im Lauf kommt wahrscheinlich von der Einstellung des Steuerschiebers. Das Timing scheint noch nicht ganz richtig zu sein. Mechanisch (von Hand gedreht) läuft die Maschine jedenfalls ohne spürbare Widerstände.

Live steam engine „Danni“ from Bengs Modellbau. My first self build engine at one of the first test runs with compressed air. It's not running completely smooth, i think the problem is the timing of the control valve. Mechanicly (turned by hand) no resistance can be felt.

Modellbau: Toni Clark Pitts Special S1-S (2015-07-15)

Einer der ersten Flüge mit meiner neuen alten Toni Clark Pitts Special S1-S. Das Modell ist fast 30 Jahre nicht geflogen. Mit einem neuen Motor (DLE 55), statt dem originalen Quadra, und neuer Bespannung/Lackierung wurde es wieder flugbereit gemacht.

One of the first flights with my new old Toni Clark Pitts Special S1-S. The model was not flown for nearly 30 years. With a new engine (DLE 55) instead of the original Quadra and new fabric with new paint it was made airworthy again.

Luftfahrt: Segelkunstflug über LOLO (Linz-Ost) mit PIK-20D (2020-08-16)

Meine ersten beiden Versuche das Prüfungsprogramm für das Kunstflugleistungsabzeichen in Bronze zu fliegen. Die Flüge waren mein dritter und vierter Kunstflug seit der Ausbildung und mit meinem eigenem Flugzeug (PIK-20D). Es hat besser funktioniert als ich erwartet hätte, aber ich muß auch noch fleißig üben...

Beide Flüge waren im Bereich von +5…−2 g bei max. 250 km/h.

My first two attempts to fly the program for the Bronze glider aerobatics badge. The flights were my third and fourth aerobatic flight after getting the aerobatics license and also with my own glider (PIK-20D). It went better then expected, but still some training needed...

Both flights were in the range of +5…−2 g with max. 250 km/h.
