Earlier today I delivered an early Christmas present to Ontarios’ Premier (Doug Ford) and Attorney General (Doug Downey.) I informed them that I will be contesting their appeal of Justice McVey’s decision which stayed and squashed the trumped up criminal charges against me from the Freedom Convoy in February 2022.

I also informed them that I would once again be representing myself at the Ontario Court of Appeals.

Just as in the movies the evil empire is relentless however in real life its is the evil legal/political Machine that is relentless.
The legal machine not only hates losing they are somewhat sadistic and get pleasure from punishing people with their process and trying to ruin them financially. The Ontario Crown under the direction of Doug Fords Conservative Minister gave me notice that on December 12th that they will appeal Justice Perkins McVeigh decision.

The Court of Public Opinion.

The greatest and highest court in Canada is the one least known to most people. While people understand that we have criminal, civil, family and many other courts that adjudicate disputes and pronounce verdicts or punishments on people; there is another court that is poorly understood.

Few Canadians realize that our Parliaments and Legislatures are not just theatrical debating clubs but are actual courts, and like all other courts can summon people, compel testimony under oath, and levy penalties, including incarceration. These Legislative courts may also override the ordinary courts in some cases and grant pardons on those found guilty by the courts. In the extraordinary case of Hunter Biden, he has also been pardoned of all crimes he may have committed but for which he’s not yet charged.

Unlike our ordinary courts which resolve disputes between individuals or those accused of a crime, our parliamentary and legislative courts are designed to resolve disputes within society. Like other courts which have opposing counsel and a judge to oversee the proceedings; our parliamentary courts have opposing sides (political parties) and the Speaker oversees the proceedings rather than a judge. Even many of the proceedings use the same language, motions, points of order, contempt etc.
While the testimony and arguments are offered up during debates, cross examinations take place during question period and committee hearings. After the debates and process is completed, all elected members are then expected to vote and determine if the proposal is rejected or accepted as a new law and policy.
However, the voters replace the jury in our parliamentary courts and have the final say once every 4 years, empowered to pass a verdict on the laws and policies adopted by parliament.
Lauren Southern and Laura Chen are recent illustrations of the additional court powers of Parliament as they were summoned to appear before a parliamentary committee and testify in their roles as ‘Russian agents”.
While both appeared, Ms. Chen refused to answer any questions posed to her by the committee and a ‘motion of contempt’ will be debated in the House to determine if her refusal justifies further punishment. In all likelihood, Ms. Chen will be summoned to the ‘Bar” of Parliament and sanctioned for her refusal to testify. Parliament has the authority to take further action against her including incarceration.
The term “contempt” in the parliamentary system is also similar to the term “impeachment” used in the American Congress, and is used in a similar fashion for all elected members of people summoned to testify.

First time in Canada's history that representing constituents was deemed criminal!

For 32 months I was prohibited by the Ottawa courts from posting or commenting on one of Canada’s finest moments- The Freedom Convoy of February 2022. Honk! Honk!

I was accused of 9 criminal Charges by Ottawa police Detective Akiva Geller. In March 2022 and the Ottawa Crown sought a 3 ½ year prison sentence to punish me for my peaceful, non-violent, civil disobedience to the unconstitutional orders and mandates issued in February 2022 by the Trudeau government.

The courts had imposed financial sureties on my family, unduly restricted my freedom of mobility, expression, and assembly as conditions for release in March of 2022.

These actions by the Ottawa Crown and Ottawa police were motivated by a political agenda that began 2 years earlier, in March of 2020 as I became the first elected Parliamentarian in Canada to oppose the foundational corruption of the “Pandemic.”

I wish to thank the many wonderful people who have prayed, supported me, and contributed to my defense and have been stalwart in defending our faith, freedom, and families during this dark period of corruption in Canada.

The political path towards-diminishing returns

During my State of the Nation address.
I shared this story of how and why each subsequent generation has less and less than the generation prior.

1. In 1990 I made $25 per hour as a tradesman. My wife stayed at home and raised our 4 children and we bought a single family home for $112k, which was 2x my yearly wages.

2. None of my children can replicate that scenario.
While wages remain similar, that same home sells for nearly $600K or 10x their yearly salary.

3. Gas was $0.59 p/l now it is nearly 3X.
4. Avg new car price has gone from $15k to $66K
5. Ontario's net debt from $35B to $429B more than 10X.

If we stay on this political path of diminishing returns our children will have nothing on their road to serfdom.

Through decades of propaganda and an inadequate public education system, most Canadians have either an incomplete understanding of politics or a false understanding. The first step in fixing anything is gaining knowledge.

This week's topic is “government efficiency”, and how it’s not necessarily what free-minded people should be striving to have within their government, considering other “efficient” governments throughout history, and how our government is becoming increasingly slanted towards tyranny.

Who is the Real Danger to Canadians-our own government?

Justin Trudeau & Pierre Poillievre are promoting wars in Ukraine and the Middle East because according to them Putin, Iran and others are a danger to Canadians.

But the only governments that have ever threatened my freedoms and livelyhoods are the Trudeau Liberal Government in Ottawa that was supported by the Conservatives and the NDP. The other was the Ford Conservative government in Toronto supported by the liberals and NDP.

The Uniparty creates false fears such as wars and pandemics to disguise the real dangers to Canadians- Our own government

Many people have been asking me "what can I do to make a difference?" when it comes to stopping the excessive restrictions government has imposed due to COVID.

Today I share what the most powerful message you can send is and how to do it.

I also go on to explain the truth about the mandatory mask laws being imposed by our Health Units here in Ontario, the fact is the Health Units have failed to fully inform the public of the totality of the law.

If you're sick of these irrational laws I recommend contacting the Premier, your local MPP, and Health Unit. Let them know it is time that we return to normal.

On Sept 19th in Toronto at Osgoode Hall 3 Judges of the Ontario Court of Appeal heard my constitutional arguments against the insane mandates.
And I’m very optimistic!
For 4 years the Courts have been unfriendly towards freedom and have largely failed to protect our freedoms in Canada.
In this short video I explain why I’m finally optimistic.
