• Donald Skinner, NY Election Worker: “I mean, I’m a Republican but I vote Democrat.”

[NEW YORK – Nov. 8, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing a New York election worker operating in the Bronx, Donald Skinner, who admitted to registering as a Republican, even though he votes as a Democrat, because it was the easiest way for him to secure a job at the polls:

[LAS VEGAS – Nov. 3, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing a Field Organizer for the Nevada Democrat Party, Isaac Gudino, who is working to re-elect Senator Catherine Cortez Masto in her competitive race against Adam Laxalt.

Gudino was recorded discussing how it does not surprise him that Latinos in Nevada are moving towards conservative candidates in the past few years.

He attributed that, in part, to Latinos’ alleged sexism and homophobia.

He even mocked those who spread a conservative message in Spanish.

NYPD INSIDER Email Shows Mayor Adams IGNORING Court Order to Stop Terminations Over Vax Mandate

• NYPD Insider: “My department has -- they can’t provide me with a number to even contact anybody to speak to them. So, it’s basically -- it’s a secretive process. You have no idea who is reviewing your [religious] exemption…What standard did my letter not meet? You know? So, they’re basically telling you that your religious beliefs are not religious enough for them.”
• NYPD Insider: “You know, the city is still going after officers, trying to fire us. So, that was something the [police] union brought forward and said, ‘Listen, you always said, “Follow the science.” And you’re not even doing that now, because the people in charge of it, the CDC, are telling you -- you don’t need to fire us anymore and you’re still doing it.’”
• NYPD Insider: “What I’m hearing from the Mayor’s Office is that they’ve already fired enough people. That if this gets reversed, they’re looking at a lot of lawsuits from those people who have been fired. So, they have to -- they can’t go back on it, even if they want to…Then those people who were fired six, seven, eight months ago, turn around and say, ‘Hey you fired me and you’re not firing people now? Now I’m going to sue the city.’ So, the city is kind of -- they put themselves in a rock and a hard place…They’ve already jumped in with both feet. They can’t come out now and change their mind or they are going to open themselves up to a tremendous amount of lawsuits.”
• PVA recently exposed one of Mayor Adams’ aides, Chris Baugh, who was terminated by the city after telling an undercover journalist that he had no sympathy for police officers who were fired for being unvaccinated. Baugh had also stated there was not any real good reason for the city to keep a vaccine mandate in place for public sector employees.

Project Veritas Action released a new video today featuring a leaked email provided by a New York Police Department whistleblower.

An NYPD insider claimed City Hall was ignoring an order issued by the New York State Supreme Court which ruled that public sector employees who were fired for being unvaccinated be reinstated with back pay.

“So, they [city government] are continuing to send these emails out and deny people their religious accommodation request. Even after this judge’s order,” they said.

The whistleblower asserted that officers continue to be discriminated against for their vaccination status even if they had good cause to apply for a religious exemption.

[PHOENIX – Oct. 25, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing a paid staff member of Senator Mark Kelly’s re-election campaign, Evynn Bronson.

Bronson is recorded telling an undercover PVA journalist how to win over votes for Kelly by deceiving Arizona voters on policy issues:

Bronson: He [Mark Kelly] definitely tried to do a lot -- to work bipartisan [with] both Republicans and Democrats. So, he’s not gonna outright say all of the very liberal--

PVA Journalist: Even though you think he’s gonna do them anyways.

Bronson: Yeah. Yeah, for sure.

PVA Journalist: Why doesn’t he just say them?

Bronson: Because he has to play both sides. 40% of the people voting are undecided whether or not they’re going to vote Republican or Democrat.

PVA Journalist: So, you think he just needs to say that to get votes?

Bronson: Well, he’s not going to say anything outright about what he’s going to do unless it will garner support from independents and some of the moderate Republicans.

PVA Journalist: Because he needs them?

Bronson: Well, yeah. He needs them otherwise he won’t win.

PVA Journalist: Oh, so if he outright said it, then he wouldn’t win?

Bronson: It would scare people away.

When discussing abortion, Bronson told the PVA journalist to lie to certain voters about Kelly’s position:

PVA Journalist: I was thinking, okay, what if I came across a Republican who was like –okay, let’s say they’re pro-life and they ask me if Mark Kelly is pro-life?

Bronson: Yes.

PVA Journalist: Say yes?

Bronson: I would say Mark Kelly is pro-life, but also pro-keeping the government out of our healthcare.

Bronson: I don’t know, something stupid like that.

PVA Journalist: Even though he’s not pro-life.

Bronson: Absolutely he is not pro-life.

PVA Journalist: What would you stay away from saying? You know, to get them to vote for Mark Kelly.

Bronson: Like, as a Republican?

Bronson: I wouldn’t say any -- I wouldn’t say [he is] pro-choice.

PVA Journalist: Even though he is, right?

Bronson: Even though he is.

Arizona voters will choose their next Senator in early November -- in the contest between the incumbent Democrat candidate, Mark Kelly, and Republican candidate, Blake Masters.

Abortion has been a top issue in this race and in several other key races across the country.

At the time of this publication, Project Veritas Action has not heard back from the Kelly campaign on a request for comment.

[PHOENIX – Oct. 24, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today featuring Becky Hobbs, who is the twin sister of Arizona’s Democrat candidate for governor, Katie Hobbs.

In the undercover video, Becky Hobbs is seen detailing how the Democrat Party financially supported Trump-backed candidates in Republican primaries.

This video of Becky Hobbs appears to confirm that Democrats contributed to that outcome, raising questions on whether Democrats fear so-called Trump extremism or if such alleged extremism is in fact politically convenient for them.

Also in the undercover video, Becky Hobbs talked about the Arizona gubernatorial Republican primary between Pence-backed Karrin Taylor Robson and Trump-backed Kari Lake.

[NEW YORK – Oct. 19, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a second video today exposing the staff and inside workings of New York City mayor Eric Adams.

Chris Baugh, an official working inside the Mayor’s office, told an undercover journalist what NYC policymakers think about public servants who lost their jobs because of the COVID vaccine mandate.

[NEW YORK – Oct. 18, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing New York City mayor Eric Adams’ difficulties in handling the ongoing migrant crisis.

Chris Baugh, one of Adams’ top aides, was recorded discussing how delicate the situation in the city has become due to the thousands of migrants being sent up north from the U.S-Mexico border.

Project Veritas announced their intention to file an appeal of the verdict which favored Democracy Partners in a civil lawsuit brought against Veritas over five years ago.

James O’Keefe: “The jury effectively ruled investigative journalists owe a fiduciary duty to the subjects they are investigating” and that “investigative journalists may not deceive the subjects they are investigating.”

The jury ruled in favor of Project Veritas on first claim of a violation of federal and DC wiretapping laws finding Project Veritas’ reporter was a participant in all conversations she recorded.

The jury ruled against Project Veritas on second claim of violation of federal and DC wiretapping laws finding Project Veritas owed a fiduciary duty to their subjects, and further ruled against Project Veritas on a fraudulent misrepresentation claim.

The trial was covered by Politico, The Washington Post, and other outlets considering its First Amendment implications. Judge Friedman, appointed to the bench in 1994, had reserved the authority to issue a directed verdict but ultimately did not.

Project Veritas was defending itself against claims of fraudulent misrepresentation and unlawful wiretapping in connection with its news-gathering methods and journalism in a case many argued was about stunting undercover journalism by stripping down the First Amendment.

[WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sept. 22, 2022] Project Veritas announced today that it will be filing an appeal to the decision which granted Democracy Partners partial damages, $120K to be exact.

Democracy Partners originally sued Project Veritas a little over five years ago.

At trial, the political operative organization claimed they lost multiple clients due to Project Veritas’ reporting and sought to impose a fiduciary duty on the journalists’ news gathering efforts.

The verdict represents a setback in journalistic integrity - effectively allowing subjects to dictate the way in which a journalist gathers and reports the news. Project Veritas will appeal.

Project Veritas, in response, has continually refused to settle the case as it has done nothing wrong.

Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe issued the following statement following the decision:
