Brainwave Chakra Meditation - enhanced well-being, harmony & peace of mind

This is my first #chakra #brainwave track for your listening pleasure. It's a gentle, repetitive track that uses isochronic tones and supplementary sounds (wind chimes, submarine pings, white noise) on a 14-12hz alpha level for deep relaxation while feeling very energetic.

The track can be used both for #meditation and contemplation. You can solely tune into the brainwave track, but also watch the visual patterns emerge in front of your eyes, and in a contemplative manner become aware of the creative process, from root to crown, from heaven to earth.

THIS.IS.IMPORTANT! Whether you're a student of the Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel or not doesn't matter. Fact is that there are two absolutely vital ingredients for success, no matter where.

1. The counter-argument, which you will find mentioned in chapter 2, point 23.
2. Conscious, rhythmic, deep-belly breathing.

In this video I tell you more about those two, because in order to escape from, eliminate, transform, change, .... any kind of negative situation (one you dislike), you will have to change the polarity of your thoughts.

And breath control is so important, because you're not only taking in air, but life force: chi, qi, prana, od, ether. Incorrect or shallow breathing leads to a number of ailments, and prevents you from developing the best version of yourself imaginable.

The Kybalion - The 7 Laws of Creation

Hermes Trismegistos (The Thrice Great) allegedly walked the earth for a staggering 50.000 years. After Atlantis sank, he and his fellows arrived in what is now Egypt, where they were greeted by hairy barbarians. Thoth, as he was called then (the person with the Ibis head, the scribe) then built what became the high civilisation of Egypt.

To him we owe seven principles (rules of life), also called "Hermetic principles". They are:

1. Mentality
2. Correspondence
3. Vibration
4. Polarity
5. Rhythm
6. Cause and Effect
7. Gender

In this first video I explain in laymen's terms what the principle of "Mentality" is all about. You are welcome to read up a more abstract and intellectual version of this in a book called "Kybalion", which was published early last century by "The Three Initiates", although the style points to one person in particular, namely William Walker Atkinson.

These seven principles are significant for us in that they govern our entire life. In fact, they govern all of creation. When it comes to reality creation, there are several misconceptions about the power and operation of thought. Fortunately thoughts aren't things, because otherwise they would create havoc in our lives. But they do have the power to become things. Things are created not by thought but by the subconscious mind, the female counterpart to the male conscious mind. The subconscious mind's operation is flawless and can be relied upon. This is our chance to change circumstances. All we have to do is align both modes of mind so that the latter produces only beneficial results.

Believe it or not, thought control is the key to conscious co-creation. Thought control is absolutely essential if you want to change anything in your life. After a recent meeting with long-standing MKS students, I realised how little they control their thoughts, because you can hear them loud and clear. It's as if they have already failed at chapter 2 of the Master Key System.

Because of this, I made this video, which is about thought control, and in a way about free gifts from the universe.

Interesting aside: Prof Gerald Hüther, a famous German neurobiologist, said that if children are taught "self control" at a young age, they turn out to be more healthy, wealthy, intelligent and socially adapt than those who haven't learned to control themselves at a young age.

Also interesting in that regard: fear makes stupid. When playing mice were exposed to cat odour or a simple cat fur, they immediately stopped playing. And scientific research has also found out that the longer children play, the longer their brain develops in later years.

C'mon, everybody wants to be awesomely successful! You know why? Because AWESOME is the opposite of boring. Boring means a total absence of radiant and life affirmative energy. On the living plane it's as close to dead as you can imagine. Boring is the worst insult, so in this video I'll explain in under 10 minutes how you can become awesome!

This is the base sequence, the blueprint. Using your mind forces, you will build on top of it. That includes but is not limited to nutrition, exercise, breathing, reading, meditation, awareness, mindfulness, the company of interesting people, to mention but a few.

More than a hundred years ago, one very smart man by the name of Charles F. Haanel published his first of altogether five books: the Master Key System. In it he offers a logical, rational, thus scientific explanation for the creative process. An explanation on how to attract (not only) material things through the process of creative visualisation and concentration.

For good measure he threw in 24 exercises that systematically increase and enhance the student's capablities to dream big, think big, and act big.

With the Master Key System, Charles Haanel created a practical wrapper for the 7 Hermetic Principles, as laid down in the Kybalion (Please refer to my channel for a detailed explanation of those principles), and answered four critical questions:

1. What is this big thing we call God or the Universal Consciousness?
2. Who am I?
3. What is the connection between these two?
4. How can I utilise this connection to attract health, wealth and happiness into my life?

Needless to say that this kind of knowledge and capability also impacts greatly on companies and organisations. For that very reason I created this video. I hope it sheds some light onto an otherwise rather spiritual or esoteric subject, and encourages you to look into implementing the Master Key System in your company, organisation or institution.

Hermes Trismegistos (The Thrice Great) allegedly walked the earth for a staggering 50.000 years. After Atlantis sank, he and his fellows arrived in what is now Egypt, where they were greeted by hairy barbarians. Thoth, as he was called then (the person with the Ibis head, the scribe) then built what became the high civilisation of Egypt.

To him we owe seven principles (rules of life), also called "Hermetic principles". They are:

1. Mentality
2. Correspondence
3. Vibration
4. Polarity
5. Rhythm
6. Cause and Effect
7. Gender

In this six video I explain in laymen's terms what the principle of "Cause and Effect" is all about. #masterkeysystem students often ask me, how they should apply this teaching in their daily life. As obvious as it is to me, as unclear it seems to be to them. Therefore, this video deals with the details of the practical application. It's really no rocket science as literally every situation can be used to apply this wonderful teaching.

From the moment you get up until the moment you close your eyes at night, there are y myriad of options to use physical control, physical relaxation, mental control and mental relaxation, in order to restore negative situations back to harmony. Really anything you can think of is "made" for applying the skills you've learnt in the MKS.

On another level, still, there are the #visualisation and #concentration skills in order not to deal with current situations, but to create something out of nothing. 5/6th of the MKS are about visualistation and concentration, but for that you need to seek out a place of solitude where you can apply those skills in order to utilise the power of creative thought in order to attract not only material things into your life.

Conspiracy theories and their possible consequences | Helmar Rudolph

At a time, where people are lied to, and allow themselves to be lied to and fooled by outside forces, a great danger lurks.

Consciousness is a great thing, but it can and does work both ways. It may help to know that things are going wrong. It may help to know who is ultimately responsible. It may help as a starting point, but should stop right there.

The mistake those who delve into the murky waters of global manipulation, false flag events, war entries under pretense, and other events that shape history and public opinion, make, is that they get sucked in by the very beast they are trying to fight.

In this video I explain the dangers of conspiracy theories and the risk one runs when too much information of the wrong kind is absorbed.

You may ask, what this has got to do with the Master Key System, and I tell you that this is MKS 123 - conscious co-creation at its best.

You can create both ways, and in the case of conspiracy theories, most people create the wrong way. Their life isn't improved or enhanced - quite the opposite, in fact. They feel helpless and disempowered.

The bitter irony is that they get "f*cked over" twice. First by the event, and then by digging deeper, whereas their holiness and solution lies exactly on the opposite side. But as they have no consciousness for it, they derive no benefit from it.

Life is simple, and this is a perfect case of undesirable co-creation, which is why I created this video.

I often get asked if it is sensible to pursue more than one ideal at the same time. In this video you are getting a clear and concise answer; one that will never make you ask again.

There are two main reasons for being stuck in life. In this video, I touch upon both of them, and also offer solutions for removing blockages.

Let's face it, life isn't always the same. Kinda obvious, isn't it, just as much as it's not always daytime. And just as much as the night moves in, so do periods of stagnation, where you feel stuck and not make any progress. For some people, these periods last years, even decades.

Fortunately, there's an easy way out - there always is. Knowledge (aka consciousness) is helping you out here once again, because with the knowledge of rhythms or cycles, you can overcome them or adjust accordingly.

Unemployed - or just stupid? | Helmar Rudolph

A touchy subject: unemployment. In this video I decided to throw the cat among the pigeons, open a can of worms, and perhaps a little more, too. Why? Because - with a few notable exceptions - I think that if you're unemployed, it's not because of no jobs, but because you're stupid.

Any change in life starts with taking stock of the current situation; with taking a close look at one's own thought and behavioural patterns, one's limitations and fears, and then extend it to the world without. If you did this, you'd realise very quickly that there is a) enough money out there, and b) enough jobs, too. The only thing that's in the way of job and good money is... your stupidity. You're stupid, because you lack consciousness, so expand your consciousness in order to become aware of new opportunities, either in the job market or elsewhere. Elsewhere, because even if there are no jobs, you are perfectly free to create your own.

Do your own thinking, and tap into your inherent intelligence in order to live the life of your dreams. It's so much easier than you... think. So think big, go big, and SHINE!

The Science of Meditation - and how to make it work for you! | Helmar Rudolph

#Meditation has become increasingly popular, even among normal folks. We are being told that meditation is good for us because it relaxes us, makes us mindful and centered. There, however, is a far more fascinating scientific aspect behind it, and that's what this video is all about, so enjoy!

Additional information on this subject, but also on what is loosely termed quantum physics, can be found in Itzhak Bentov's book, "Stalking the Wild Pendulum". In it, Bentov connects theoretical subjects of #quantumphysics, ie Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, with Meditation and Kundalini #Yoga.

For me, this book opened up the field of meditation, because now I know what is happening on a "technical" level, apart from sitting still and quieting your mind.

In today's video I talk about appreciation, because the main reason for failing in life is the lack of appreciation. No one with an attitude of appreciation fails in life, because his appreciation is reflected back by the Powers That Be.

Only with an attitude of appreciation, great things can and will come to you, because great things are made up of small things, and if you appreciate the small things in life, you open yourself up for the bigger things. The Kybalion - The 7 Laws of Creation

Hermes Trismegistos (The Thrice Great) allegedly walked the earth for a staggering 50.000 years. After Atlantis sank, he and his fellows arrived in what is now Egypt, where they were greeted by hairy barbarians. Thoth, as he was called then (the person with the Ibis head, the scribe) then built what became the high civilisation of Egypt.

To him we owe seven principles (rules of life), also called "Hermetic principles". They are:

1. Mentality
2. Correspondence
3. Vibration
4. Polarity
5. Rhythm
6. Cause and Effect
7. Gender

In this first video I explain in laymen's terms what the principle of "Mentality" is all about. You are welcome to read up a more abstract and intellectual version of this in a book called "Kybalion", which was published early last century by "The Three Initiates", although the style points to one person in particular, namely William Walker Atkinson.

These seven principles are significant for us in that they govern our entire life. In fact, they govern all of creation. So if we learn to align ourselves with those principles, our life will become a symphony of harmony, beauty, health, abundance and happiness. I have recorded this series of talks, because these principles are the foundation to the Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel. He mentions some of them in the MKS, but not explicitly and conjointly.

Your knowledge of those principles will elevate you to new levels in life, because not only do you see it with completely different eyes, but they will help you to fulfill your life's destiny.
