Maryland Cannabis Reform Bill HB0556 Reaction and Thoughts

Thu, 09 Feb 2023 16:16:43 GMT

Today we examine a bill currently under consideration by the Maryland Legislature that will reform cannabis prohibitions and allow for retail sales. I take a quick look at the bill found at - https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Legislation/Details/HB0556?ys=2023RS

And compare it to my prior research on Cannabis Regulation - https://www.amazon.com/Handbook-Recently-DeCriminalized-Graymarket-Assessment-ebook/dp/B0BRM7S98R/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1RHGJYZ8JLT4A&keywords=dowden+cannabis&qid=1675959185&sprefix=dowden+cannabis%2Caps%2C75&sr=8-1

I think it's a good bill and as the potential to bring this industry into the real economy. See the video for more of my thoughts.
